What's New

January

Once again it's time to hop on a plane to California for the CHA (Craft & Hobby Association) trade show. There are two shows each year but the January event is where manufacturers show what they will have coming out for the whole year.

Eileen is happy to announce that her fourth collection of dies with Sizzix will be released to ship in June. Fresh Vintage is composed of twelve dies designed to work together and to be used to die cut unexpected and recylced materials. For a look at the dies, please keep an eye on her blog where she'll be showing sneak peaks! Click here to see past collections of Sizzix dies.

In other news, Eileen has been appearing on Cool2Craft, a web craft TV network, for the past year where she shows different projects created using my dies. The host is Tiffany Windsor, who produced Aleene's Creative Living TV show for many years. Clips may be viewed here (don't laugh!).

This past October through December, Eileen, Karen Burniston, and Brenda Pinnick, sponsored a HUGE blog hop composed of 60 designers. Yes, that's 6-0! Every Thursday for seven weeks, one of their dies was featured and all of the designers worked up a project using the same featured die. This was unbelievably cool because these designers are amazing. They got to see their own dies through the eyes of 60 artists. To take a look at what people created with Eileen's 3-D House die, go here.

Plans for 2011 include taking the show on the road and teaching some classes for Sizzix retailers. Eileen will post dates and times when they have been confirmed.
